Vitamin C
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, bones and cartilage. It also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Each capsule of Lyrova Restore System provides 500 mg of Vitamin C - a convenient daily amount in a single capsule format.
Magnesium
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, to electrolyte balance and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also contributes to normal protein synthesis and normal psychological function.
Lyrova Restore System uses magnesium bisglycinate - a form known for good tolerability - at 150 mg per daily capsule.
Other Ingredients
Capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide. Suitable for vegetarians. Free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. Does not contain gluten or lactose.
